This October founding attorney Charles Hosey presented updates regarding Texas's view on Produced Water ownership at the The Advanced Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Course in Houston, Texas.
Charles provided his views on the trajectory of the Texas Produced Water Consortium as well as his opinion on the Cactus v. COG case currently being heard by the Texas 8th Court of Appeals.
